Finding our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual strength becomes much easier when acceptance of the self is practiced regularly.

Often we lose strength when we're battling our true selves.

There have been many days in my life when I find myself resisting my emotions and I'm sure you can relate!

"It's okay." "Don't worry." "You're fine."

These words become a fixation in my head when I really "don't feel good," "worried," or "not fine at all."

Running from surrendering to myself and my needs, builds more anxiety, a lack of trust in myself, and I feel SUPA weak despite these positive affirmations on my mind.

So in today's Lit Fit Live, we practice building strength in those sweet spots that encourage self-acceptance of whatever you're feeling at the time.

Grab your dumbbells, water bottles or cans for some 3D core movements, a nice tricep/bicep pump, and a wicked cardio sesh.

If cannabis is welcome in your fitness practice today, go for it! I took a nice hit of a hybrid (maui dogg), and it got me right in that vulnerable space to build more confidence for dis werkout!
